All first bookings must be made by email please.

If you have made an appointment with me, please phone me 1 hour before the appointment time to confirm the booking. This is to allow me to make alternative arrangements if you are unable to keep the appointment. If I don't receive this confirmation phone call, then I will assume that you're not going to show.

If at other times, I'm unable to take your call, you will have the chance to leave me a message. Please note that I will not contact you unless you let me know when and if it is safe to do so.

I do not reply to text messages from people I don't know.

I might answer withheld numbers but please be aware that I won't take a booking from a withheld number, nor will I go into detail about anything.

Please also note I don't discuss work via Yahoo or MSN, so please don't add me to your contact list, if that is your intention.
